Alexander was the very first child we saw, they were talking to the children and we heard his name...so, there he was sitting on the lap of his caretaker, looking a bit frightend but very alert and not crying! Well, he started to cry when he saw me....what is it with babies that they cry when they see me?? I don't know. He instantly calmed down when he was on Lars arm. Oh, what a beautiful picture that was. Lars looked sooo happy. The room was full of happy parents and children. The caretakers were laughin and started to come towards the parents and started talking to us. I can't describe the feelings I had. So calm and content, and overful of joy.
We came back to the hotel at around 1pm, took off his clothes, counted the toes (10!) and changed his nappy. No problem at all, little Alexander is now sleeping. He is a very very quite boy at the moment, despite what we have been told, well, this might change soon.
